Sun Belt Cities Continue to Boom
Johnston County was the fastest-growing county in North Carolina between 2010 and 2020, and it continues to welcome new residents to the area. A new Zillow report named two North Carolina cities among the hottest in the housing market in 2022. Raleigh came in at #3 and Charlotte at #5 when compared to the 50 largest metros in the country.
The area continues to see new housing communities developing, and home values are predicted to continue rising by as much as 21% through November.

Sunset Music Series
Wednesday evenings in September turn golden with the Sunset Music Series, where music meets twilight. Each week, a different band takes the stage, filling the air with everything from soulful vocals to upbeat rhythms. The lineup includes Miss Mini and The Sandman Band, Bantum Rooster, 8 Track Minds, The Amazing Lounge Lizards, and a rescheduled show by North Tower to close out the series. It’s the kind of event where you can kick back with neighbors, watch the sky shift from pink to deep blue, and let the music carry you into the night.

Fiesta Friday + Latin Social at a'Verde
